Our area needs more affordable homes. We need to maximise the use of brownfield sites and prioritise building in empty commercial units.
As your MP, I will work with Stockport Council to put rocket boosters under schemes like that at Melford Road in Hazel Grove and conversion of disused mills such as the one in Compstall.
I want to help our young people onto the housing ladder locally whilst preserving the green spaces that define our community.
